Preheat the oven to 180–190°C.
Wash the apples, dry them and carefully cut out the core without cutting through the bottom - it is important to keep the “bowl” so that the filling does not leak out.

Step 2
Fill the apple with the filling, but not to the top - when heated, the mass expands and may leak out.
It is better to leave 5-7 mm to the edge and add the final touch after baking.

Place the apples in a baking dish. You can add 1-2 tbsp to the bottom. l. water - this will help maintain juiciness.
Bake for 20–25 minutes. The time depends on the variety and size: dense varieties will retain their shape longer, softer varieties will become creamier faster.
