Charlotte with Bogatyr Apples

Bogatyr

Description and taste

Charlotte is one of the most famous homemade pies. Simple dough and juicy apples are the basis for soft, airy baked goods with the warm aroma of baked fruit.

Bogatyr apples are perfect for charlotte. In the oven, the slices become softer but do not turn into puree and keep their flavor. The result is a warm homemade pie: the soft dough soaks up the juice, and Bogatyr's slight tartness makes the taste especially appley.

Sometimes it is even called the Bogatyr apple — a charlotte generous with apples fills the house with the smell of baking and takes us back to childhood.

Benefit and balance

The basis of charlotte is apples. They contain dietary fiber, including pectin, which supports the functioning of the digestive system. When baked, apples become softer and easier to digest.

Apples also contain organic acids and natural sugars, which make the taste of the dessert more balanced and not too cloying.

When there is a lot of fruit in the pie, the dough absorbs their juice and aroma, so the charlotte turns out juicy and light in texture.
