Recipes with Apples

Rice porridge with coconut milk and apple Alva

Alva

This is a creamy porridge with a soft fruity accent. The rice is cooked in a mixture of water and coconut milk, resulting in a velvety and creamy texture with a delicate fruity sweetness.

The Alva variety adds an unusual taste. It is often called “apple-raspberry” because of the light raspberry note in the aroma and aftertaste. In warm porridge, this shade becomes softer and resembles baked berries, and fresh slices on top give a juicy fruity accent.

Optional:

This is a balanced option for a warm breakfast or light dessert - with a creamy base and a fresh apple accent.
